In the heart of Abruzzo Italy a few kilometers from the mountains of the Maiella and Gran Sasso but also near the beach of the Adriatic Sea, with the natural view from the hills with olive groves and vineyards, In one of the most beautiful Italian villages, Città Sant’ Angelo. Torre Mannella is the estate of the Rupi family.
You will find all the comfort you need for a wonderful holiday. Enjoy among the olive trees together with fallow deer, geese and peacocks. The farmhouse has been renovated in a rustic, authentic and country style. Enjoy the swimming pool (of 16 m by 8 m) with a shaded gazebo, sunbathing area, next to the BBQ/grill and wood oven.
Torre Mannella offers every opportunity to choose between different rural houses with individual apartments: the Old Torretta (Tower), The Stables, Onnelo’s House or the Apartments in the Main Building.

Close to the coast
Torre Mannella is close to the coast, about 8 km from the A14 motorway exit Pescara Nord / Città Sant’Angelo.
Once out of the toll booth, turn immediately right. Follow the signs to Elice-Castilenti, after 7 km turn right towards Città Sant’Angelo and continue for about 2 km. Arriving at Piano della Cona, you will find on the right via F. De Blasiis. At number 15 you are most welcome at Torre Mannella.

The whole Abruzzo Hill deserves to be seen, with a visit to the villages that are all characteristic of history, culture and traditions such as Atri, Penne, Città S. Angelo, Loreto Aprutino, Castelli (ceramics). Equally interesting is the visit of L’ Aquila as a historic town and its mountains. The Adriatic sea is about 10 km away With the beaches of Silvi and Montesilvano; Lake Penne, a WWF nature oasis, where bird watching is possible and there is the otter repopulation center, is 15 km away; Maiella and Gran Sasso National Parks can be reached in less than an hour by car. The good news is that Pescara Airport is only 22 km away.

Swimming pool
The pool is 16 by 8 meters, not heated and is at least 0.7 to 2.5 meters deep. The pool is surrounded by a large paved terrace and lawn with sun loungers and a shaded gazebo.
Additional breakfast or diner
An authentic Italian breakfast or diner (min. 15 guests) with local products from own country can be served on request. Breakfast is served on the ground floor in the central area of the farm.
Our famous pizza parties
Every two or three weeks we organize a pizza party when we have more than 15 guests. We serve homemade pizzas from handmade dough in the wood-fired outdoor oven.
Enjoy the sunset
You can enjoy the nice sunsets on our farm because we provide weekly and/or final cleaning is included in the price per night. Furthermore we provide towels and kitchen cloths.
Let’s cook together
If you love good food, there is no better way to immerse yourself in Italian culture than by learning how to cook traditional dishes. You can take cooking classes together and discover the secrets of Abruzzese cuisine.
